Chef and Owner Karen Melanie, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and the International Pastry Arts Center, has relocated her New York Bistro to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Chef Melanie has a unique talent for turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. She is constantly reminded of the growing change in peoples’ palates. Chef Melanie’s abilities have allowed her to adapt to these changes quite easily. Her menu is a representation of this. You will find a multi cultural selection of foods authentically prepared and presented. Chef Melanie's wine list is thoughtfully chosen to match her cuisine and features wines from around the world.
